Responsibilities:
The Junior Sales Representative will have the following responsibilities.

• Manage new and existing customers with specific product offerings
•  Provide quotes
• Follow up on quotes given & close deals
• Assist in project managing national account
• Provide assistance to the other sales team members with follow up
• Take on additional projects from the other team members when possible
• Provide an Excel Spread sheet weekly
• Responsible for gaining product knowledge
• Developing leads/referrals

Responsibilities:
The Business Development Manager will have the following responsibilities.

• Visit Permit Office every two weeks
• Visit new job site to gain information related to our business and report finding to Sales Manager
• Attend Chamber and Other Association Meetings.  Some afterhours meetings
• Set up trade shows
• Work with Construct Connect to uncover projects and provide to Sales Manager
• Extrapolate the pertinent info from Construct Connect for the sale team    
• Cold calls in a given geographic area (TBD) weekly
• In person calls on Architectural and Contractors firms from list provided
• Provide spread sheet with sales call info weekly
•  Make joint calls with Sales Manager
• Work on Linkedin Sales Navigator

Requirements:

The Business Development Manager should have the following skills, education and experience:

An Apprentice Sign Installer works under close supervision of the Journeyman Sign Installer during the installation, maintenance, and removal of various types of signage. The Apprentice Installer must be a dedicated individual who is motivated, reliable and eager to learn. We value teamwork and the ideal candidate will work effectively with others. The Apprentice will work closely with the Journeyman Installer to learn and perform the below duties and responsibilities: 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reviews artwork/blueprints and prepare materials and supplies for sign installation
• Transport sign materials, prepare and erect signs
• Perform maintenance and repairs to existing signs
• Complete paperwork for installations and service work
• Travel to field site. Occasional out of town work requiring overnight stays
• Follow all safety guidelines and regulations
• Obtain completed work sign-off from customers

MARGINAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Clean, stock, and maintain equipment
• Perform other functions as necessary or as assigned
• Work well as a team
• Eager to learn and respond positively in a training environment

The Journeyman Installer must be a dedicated individual who is motivated, reliable and dependable. A Journeyman Installer is responsible for the safety of self and crew. He/She ensure all work performed is in compliance with health and safety regulations and policies.

• Fabrication of steel/aluminum cabinets, awnings, channel letters, raceways, neon etc. and assembly and finishing where required
• Use of radial arm saw, welder and all other area tools and equipment in a safe and knowledgeable manner.

Our growing company is seeking to hire an Estimator who will be responsible for building quotes, estimations and pricing with our sales team. Trav-Ad Signs, Inc., has been in business since 1974 and located in beautiful Huntsville, AL. An Estimator would work with the sales staff to generate & manage project estimations.

Description of Job Duties:

• To provide accurate estimates on a timely basis to the appropriate sales representative/accounting for materials and labor to fabricate and install custom sign projects
• Resolves cost differences by analyzing and collecting information with scope of work descriptions and site survey data
• To review estimates done by various company representatives to ensure consistency and accuracy
• Cost analyzes completed orders versus their quoted estimate for reporting to senior management.
• Develop and implement consistent estimating guides and/or templates for use where required. 
• Verify vendor and subcontractor estimates fall within the defined scope
• Support sales representatives in attending pre- bid meetings or client meetings as needed.
• Review contractor bid packages for signage specifications and develop proposal estimates
